• No Refund Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on any sessions or services post-confirmation.
  
• Non-Transferable: Bookings are specific to the individual and cannot be transferred to another party.
  
• Eligibility for Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Therefore, you are allowed to reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge. Simply reach out to us in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new time that aligns with your availability. Note that rescheduling requests must be made prior to the original booking time.
